10. Force Majeure
OUDINI BRC shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, strikes, pandemics, power outages, or supplier issues.
11. Additional Work
Any additional work not included in the original quote must be documented in a written quote and approved by the client before execution. The OUDINI BRC team will not perform any work beyond what was agreed in the initial quote.
12. Partner Commission
OUDINI BRC reserves the legal right to receive a commission from any partner or contractor engaged in a client project through our facilitation.
13. Additional Work
Any work not included in the initial quote will require a new written estimate and must be approved by the client before execution. The on-site team will not perform any work beyond what was agreed in the initial quote.
14. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, authorizations, and access to OUDINI BRC and its partners to ensure proper execution of the project. Any omission or delay on the client’s part that affects the project’s progress will not hold OUDINI BRC liable.
